Calendar shows no available times

When clients can't find a time to book, HighLevel can tell you exactly why each slot is hidden. Run the troubleshooter first, then change the one setting it points to.

Run the troubleshooter

Calendar Settings→the calendar's three-dot menu→Troubleshoot Calendar

Each unavailable slot is shown with a short code and a description of why it's blocked.

The reason codes

CodeWhat it meansWhat to change
NOTICEThe slot is inside the minimum scheduling notice.Shorten the notice period if near-term bookings should be allowed.
TOOFARThe slot is beyond the allowed date range.Extend how far ahead the calendar can be booked.
USERNo team member is available at that time.Check each assigned user's availability for that day.
COLLECTIVEAt least one required user is unavailable for a collective appointment.Check the availability of every user who must attend.
CONFLICTAn event on a connected calendar is blocking the slot.Check the user's connected Google or Outlook calendar for that time.
BUFFERA buffer before or after another appointment covers the slot.Reduce the buffer if it's wider than needed.
DURATIONThe appointment is longer than the free time available.Shorten the appointment or open a longer availability block.
DAYLIMITThe daily appointment cap has been reached.Raise the daily limit if more bookings are wanted.
SLOTMAXThe slot has reached its maximum bookings.Raise the per-slot limit if it should take more.

If availability itself is wrong

Open the calendar in Calendar Settings, choose Edit, and go to the Availability tab to add or change the time blocks for each day. For team calendars, also confirm that each person is actually assigned to the calendar and that their calendar connection is still syncing.

Before telling the user it's fixed: open the public booking link yourself and confirm the slots appear. Then say what was changed, in one line.
