Three kinds of client, three kinds of work
The platform is the same. What each business needs from it is not, so the work looks different for each.
Running client accounts
Repeatable delivery across many sub-accounts.
- New client accounts launched from a snapshot
- Funnel and website builds
- Lead follow-up and nurture workflows
- Ad lead forms connected to pipelines
- Monthly reporting dashboards
- Fixing whatever a client broke
Reselling the platform
A product that needs real support behind it.
- A help desk for end users
- SaaS plans, rebilling and permissions
- User onboarding and help articles
- Snapshot updates rolled out safely
- Phone, texting and email setup per account
- Migrations from a user's old system
Using it day to day
Making sure leads and bookings never get lost.
- Online booking and reminders
- Missed-call text back
- Review requests after each job
- Invoices and payment links
- A website and chat widget
- Someone to call when it stops working
Set up around how your team already runs
Start with one project or hand over the inbox. You can change the arrangement as your needs change.
Managed support desk
We staff your support inbox, handle tickets end to end, and show you what came in and what was fixed.
Builds and clean-ups
A defined piece of work: a funnel, a set of workflows, an account audit, a migration, a snapshot. Scoped up front and handed over documented.
Overflow for your team
Extra hands behind your own staff. We work from your inbox and in your tone, and take the tickets and builds you pass us.
One standard, every request
A reply is not a resolution. A request is closed when the user confirms it works and the fix is written down.
Acknowledge
The user hears back quickly, and knows what happens next.
Diagnose
We reproduce the problem and find the cause, not the nearest symptom.
Fix
The change is made carefully and tested before we call it done.
Confirm
We check with the user that it works for them, in their account.
Document
The cause and fix go into the knowledge base. Repeats get flagged.
Hi Dana,
Thanks for flagging this. I've found why clients couldn't see any times on your booking page after the 20th, and it's fixed.
What happened: your calendar was set to only allow bookings up to 14 days ahead. Anything later than that was being hidden, even though you're free.
What I did: I extended the booking window to 60 days. Nothing else about your calendar changed, and your existing appointments are untouched.
What to expect: clients can now book further ahead straight away. I've checked the page myself and the later dates are showing.
If 60 days is further out than you'd like, tell me the number you prefer and I'll set it.

[Your brand]
Booking page shows no available times
What the user sees
Clients open the booking link and see no slots, or slots are missing on days the user is free.
Find the cause
- Go to Calendar Settings and find the calendar.
- Open the three-dot menu and choose Troubleshoot Calendar.
- Each unavailable slot shows a reason code.
Most common codes
- TOOFAR beyond the allowed date range. Extend the booking window.
- NOTICE inside the minimum scheduling notice. Shorten it.
- CONFLICT blocked by an event on a connected calendar.
- USER no team member available at that time.
Before closing
Open the public booking link and confirm the slots now appear. Tell the user what was changed.
The playbooks we work from
We publish the checklists we use ourselves. Take them and use them in your own accounts.

Open →We work with the least access the job needs
Your clients trusted you with their accounts. We treat that access as borrowed.
- Minimum permissions. We ask for the lowest access level that gets the work done, and we work only in the accounts and areas you assign to us.
- We ask before going further. If a request needs more access than we have, we tell you what and why, and wait for your decision.
- Your admin can keep the keys. Some steps need an agency owner or admin. If you'd rather keep that in-house, we prepare everything and your admin completes it.
What people ask before starting
Do you work under our brand?
Yes. Most of our work is white-label. We reply from your support address, in your tone, and your users don't need to know we're a separate company.
Do you only do support, or builds too?
Both. You can hand us the support inbox, bring us in for a build, or do both.
How do you get access to accounts?
You add us as a user with the lowest permission level the work needs, in the accounts you want us to cover.
What if the problem is on HighLevel's side?
We confirm it, collect the evidence, raise it with HighLevel support and keep your user updated until it's resolved.
Can we start with one project?
Yes. You can start with a defined piece of work, such as an account audit, a funnel or a set of workflows, before handing over anything ongoing.
How do we know what was done?
Every request ends with a written note of the cause and the fix, so you can read exactly what changed and why.
A GoHighLevel team that works under your name
PC Consulting is a GoHighLevel support and operations company. Most of what we do is white-label: we work under your brand, from your inbox and in your tone, and your users never need to know we're a separate company.
We keep the work simple to judge. Your users get clear answers, builds are tested before they go live, problems get fixed properly, and you can read exactly what was done and why.
Tell us what you need
A few lines about your accounts and what you need help with is enough. We'll reply by email with questions or a plan.
- A support desk, a single build, or a one-off fix
- One account or several hundred
- No commitment to ask
Request received.
Thanks. We've got your message and will reply by email.
